  • Mr. Rosenberg is president of the New York certified public accounting firm of Jerome Rosenberg, CPA, P.C.

    Mr. Rosenberg has served in the capacity as a principal and an associate in accounting firms specializing in SEC accounting and audit services along with domestic taxes and consulting services since 1989. Prior to 1989, he was a manager of Financial and SEC reporting for the Singer Company. The clients that the firm services include those in the public and private sector, domestic and international. He has served as a certified public accountant performing audits and tax services, as well as business consulting.

    As a business consultant he has served clients in various functions such as negotiating mergers and acquisitions, performing due diligence for potential target acquisitions; business management in such areas as cash flows, productivity, personnel, etc., assistance in negotiating and obtaining financing, preparation and development of business plans, assistance in preparation of public offerings, representative for client before governmental agencies such as IRS and the SEC, and financial and tax planning and projecting.

    Mr. Rosenberg is a member the National Conference of CPA Practitioners.

 

Manuel Reina
   

  • Mr. Reina is vice president of Jerome Rosenberg, CPA P.C.

    Mr. Reina has a diverse background in both the private and public accounting sectors. His previous industry experience includes manufacturing, food, leasing and governmental contracting, where he was promoted to the chief financial officer.

    He has been associated with the Firm since 1999.

    With the Firm, he has supervised audits of public companies, homeowner associations and other business entities.
